Dishwasher never worked and neither did the garbage disposal

Instead of actually fixing a hole in the ceiling, they painted over it after it was dripping for many years

This how how they fix the smoke alarm in the main lobby.. yup, duct tape

Every time I ran the water in the kitchen sink, it drained into my dishwasher and it never went down.

Rotted out balcony. Railings are rusted and not secure.

They were supposed to fix my stove but never did
