In 1940, Spudnuts created a donut that was not heavy or greasy and was easy to digest. Its secret ingredient was using mashed potatoes in a dry Spudnut mix. Today, it offers a large variety of light, fluffy donuts, pastries and cookies. This store was opened in 1972 and now serves sandwiches, ice cream and beverages in addition to its range of baked goods. Items can be purchased individually or by the dozen.
