Previously this was an OK value. Since the 30% rent increase and the almost daily abuse by the maintenance staff, not so much. I'm out of here as soon as I can arrange it.

This apartment complex is a dump owned by slum lords!!! There is so much wrong with this place it would take forever to list it all. Pull in and see tarps on roofs because of leaks, trees that...
