The Ohio Rehabilitation Services Commission is a state agency that serves people with disabilities. The commission operates several bureaus, including the Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation, which assists people who have physical, mental and emotional disabilities and the Bureau of Services for the Visually Impaired, which provides assistance to people who are blind.
