The Division of Wildlife is a part of the Ohio Department of Natural Resources and offers a range of services and programs. The division operates more than six hatcheries that annually propagate over 30 million fish. It publishes articles featuring various issues that include fishing and fish management, laws and regulations, wildlife management and hunting, and diseases and parasites in wildlife. The division offers a range of services that include habitat manipulation, management of wildlife populations, and land acquisition and research. It offers hunter education classes covering several topics, such as firearms, ammunition, gun handling, archery, and wildlife management and conservation. Additionally, it hosts various educational programs on wide life management for high school students. The Division of Wildlife is located in Columbus, Ohio.
