Move Your Hyde is Cincinnati's first power yoga studio. Power yoga helps you get strong, fit, and flexible. Our classes are challenging but fun. All levels of students are welcome. MYH is located next to lululemon "on the Square" in Hyde Park. Hyde Park Square is one of Cincinnati's oldest, and hippest shopping meccas, with over 175 one-of-a-kind shops, restaurants, and events.
