Medina High School is one of the leading providers of primary education in the United States. A part of Medina City School District, it has been operational for more than 35 years. The school enrolls more than 1,500 students in grades nine through 12. In addition to core subjects, it offers courses in various areas, such as fine arts, computer applications, foreign languages and literature, vocal and instrumental music, and health, physical education. The school also offers classes for various information technology-related areas, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools, Microsoft PowerPoint, databases, Internet search, and e-mail. Medina High School provides several clubs and organizations that include chess, Christin leadership, newspaper, yearbook and theater clubs, quiz bowl, National Honor Society, National Geographic Bee, and student council.
