This mud puddle makes a lake sometimes in the courtyard

Windows don't close and they refuse to replace it, this is not renovated.

Bathroom started peeling by the second month of residency and they just come and put paste over it.

Building is falling apart, this isn't renovated.

Missing fire extinguisher on upper level. Sloppy paint job.
