Jeff's areas of expertise include software quality processes, program management, technical leadership, and Object-Oriented Analysis and Design ( OOD ). Jeff has extensive experience with the Software Engineering Institute ( SEI ) CMM Level 3 software engineering practices, and has pragmatically applied these practices to increase productivity and quality for his customers.
