Gahanna Middle School East, established in 1975, is a public school that is a part of Gahanna-Jefferson Public Schools, which operates more than 10 schools with a total enrollment of over 6,900 students. The school teaches nearly 550 students in grades six through eight. Gahanna Middle School East has a staff of approximately 45 full-time certified teachers and paraprofessionals that includes classroom teachers, a guidance counselor and librarian.
