EDEN, also known as Emerald Development and Economic Network, is a nonprofit housing development agency located in Cleveland. The organization provides housing units for the disabled and low-income individuals and families. Founded in 1991, it operates more than 80 properties that contain approximately 300 housing units in Cleveland and Cuyahoga counties in Ohio. EDEN serves mentally-ill individuals and families with a household member diagnosed with a mental health disability. The organization administers several rental assistance programs that enable tenants to access privately owned housing units. It additionally offers permanent rental subsidies, temporary living assistance programs, and emergency rental assistance services.
