Maybe it's a lack of knowledge on my part, ordered a takeout pizza since they didn't have delivery to the hotel. The wife informed me I needed to call back and make sure they cook the cheese...

It's an interesting place. I know the owner and he seems to be a cool guy. Their pizza rolls be bussing though. I love their pizza my favorite is the pepperoni.

not pizza as we know it. cheese and toppings are added after the crust is baked. if you want pizza, you've got to take it home and put it in the oven to melt the cheese and toppings.
