The Country Kickers Baton Corps is a twirling group based in Bowling Green, Ohio, founded in 2011 by a team of experienced twirlers. With a focus on teaching patience, perseverance, dedication, and team spirit, the corps offers bi-weekly practices for children aged 3 and above, including boys and adults, to learn basic twirling skills and perform choreographed routines at parades throughout northwest Ohio.
Originally based in Weston, Ohio, the Kickers moved to Bowling Green in 2013 and have since continued the twirling tradition passed down through generations. While formal corps lessons are no longer offered due to declining participation, private lessons can be scheduled with any of the coaches, including former coach Crystal Henry. The corps aims to build skills and generate more interest to once again become a marching corps in the future.
