ARTneo, formerly known as the Cleveland Artists Foundation (CAF), is a premier center for the art of Northeast Ohio. Founded in 1984, ARTneo collects, preserves, and explores the significant visual art from artists in the region, both past and present, through innovative exhibitions, educational programming, and a celebrated publication portfolio. With a collection of over 3,000 paintings, prints, ceramics, and sculptures, ARTneo focuses on the achievements of the most significant artists in Northeast Ohio, making it the only museum exclusively dedicated to regional art.
Supported by individuals, foundations, corporations, state funding, memberships, and fundraisers, ARTneo is committed to creative exhibition planning and educational outreach. The museum's expanded scope integrates the contributions of artists active before and since the Cleveland School, ensuring a comprehensive representation of the region's artistic heritage. Currently, ARTneo is hosting the exhibition "Emergence: New Sculptures of Eva Kwong," showcasing the captivating work of the artist as she explores interdependence and emergence through her art.
