The Copley Police Department is a full-service law enforcement agency that preserves peace, deters crime, and maintains law and order. It is comprised of more than 30 full- and part-time police officers and dispatchers. The department employs several patrol officers who perform foot and vehicle patrol to maintain peace in the community of Copley, Ohio. The Copley Police Department provides vacation house check, neighborhood watch and bicycle registration services. It also offers information regarding Internet safety and crime prevention. The department supports the Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.) program, which focuses on the prevention of illegal usage of drugs, gang activities and violent behavior.
