BLAIR Rubber Company began manufacturing rubber tank linings in 1981. The company developed VE713BNE, a super abrasion resistant neoprene lining, in 1986. Blair exports rubber linings throughout the world. It started the first nonsmoke stack copper smelter project at Kennecott Copper Utah division. Blair Rubber was selected as an exclusive field applied rubber supplier in 1993 and supplied more than 400 rolls of rubber. It provides quality linings for gas desulfurization systems including absorber towers, recycle and processing piping, demister supports, process tanks and rake arms and agitators. Blair Rubber's personnel are experienced in analyzing and processing rubber compounds. Blair Rubber is one of the leaders in conveyor belt hot vulcanizing, splicing and repair materials. It offers a complimentary handbook that provides a cross reference of manufacturers' belt grades to Blair's Enduraflex line of splicing and repair materials and tables and formulas to calculate the materials needed.
