Founded in 1903, Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Cincinnati provides a variety of services for children between the ages of 8 and 13. Located in Cincinnati, the organization conducts various nationwide fundraising activities. It conducts various luncheons, fashion shows, picnics and campaigns. It administers a community-based mentoring program that serves more than 300 community members every year. Additionally, it supports a school-based mentoring program that includes recreational, health, community and academic activities. Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Cincinnati also administers high school and college mentoring programs. The organization provides several volunteer services and is a member of the United Way. It is a part of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, which is one of the leading mentoring organizations for children in the United States.
