Balance in Motion offers affordable, subscription-based strength-training services to aging adults with both individual & group sessions. At our gym, we focus on identifying the specific needs of our clients & creating programs that promote independence & assist with preventing falls & injuries. Falls are the leading cause of fatal & nonfatal injuries among older adults & our current healthcare system is focused on being reactive rather than proactive. We take a proactive approach to empowering aging adults by equipping them with the tools they need to ensure independence & quality of life. We offer personal training to help our members build strength. We also believe that training should be available as a continued service for aging adults to assist in gaining & maintaining their strength, endurance, & balance.
