Caruso is one of the largest holiday fruit basket and corn packers and shippers in the U.S. The company offers value-added repacking of corn, potatoes, yams and onions, supply chain solutions, and seasonal fruit and gift basket production. Approved by AIB International, it is the Midwest produce transload center for Union Pacific Distribution Services. Caruso buys raw produce from various grower companies, and assist retailers, growers, shippers, food service providers, dry good manufacturers and third-party logistics providers with supply chain optimization.
