University of Mary
The University of Mary, founded in 1959, is one of the largest coeducational public research universities in the United States. It has an enrollment of more than 3,000 students and is accredited by the North Central Association for Colleges and Universities. The university offers a variety of educational programs and academic courses in accounting, agricultural engineering, athletic training, business administration, chemistry, clinical psychology, dietetics, engineering, family and community services, medical technology, music, physical therapy, public administration and nursing. It provides a variety of services to students, including career counseling, health care, computer laboratories with Internet access, scholarships and transportation. The university s sports teams are called The Marauders, and the sports activities offered include football, golf, soccer, tennis, volleyball, cross-country, wrestling, basketball, baseball and athletics. University of Mary is located in Bismarck, N.D.
