Established in 1985, REM North Dakota offers a range of services to people with disabilities. It works to encourage people with disabilities to participate as full members in their communities. REM North Dakota is licensed by the State of North Dakota to provide residential and day services and is accredited by The Council on Quality and Leadership. Its services and programs include residential, vocational and work skills, community participation, senior retirement, in-home, recreation and leisure, supported volunteerism and family support. REM North Dakota additionally provides advocacy, financial management, case coordination and educational services, as well as physical, occupational and speech therapies. It is a part of The MENTOR Network.
