Overall an OK experience for an apartment. Management doesnt care if animals make noise all hours of the day and night - if you complain they tell you to call the police and they will do nothing...

Felt tricked. On the positive side, the apartments are nice and new and spacious with all appliances, but that is like a lot of new apartments in Williston, so Regency doesn't really stand out...

Beautiful Apartment complex! Staff is extremely friendly! Affordable pricing! and awesome amenities! I love the location and LOVE the view of the little muddy river! This is a place to call home!!!
