History
Our business started as California Emporium of Tattoos. After 18 years in Asheville, NC our mentor and owner of California Emporium sadly passed. He spent many years tattooing in southern CA on Victory Blvd. We chose this name to honor him and continue where he left. Hence, Victory Blvd Tattoo was born and all of our mentor's principles are what we've based our shop around.

We specialize in expert, custom tattooing. Our award winning staff have over 100 years of combined experience. We were formerly California Emporium of Tattoos and have been in the same location in West Asheville since 1992. We are a traditional street shop with 1000's of designs, we're also happy to create a completely custom tattoo for you in any style you might want.
