Community is a run down complex ready for section 8 housing conversion. They do not take care of the grounds, maintenance at best is poor and they have terrible customer service when available. I...

The grounds are not nearly as nice as advertised. They have cut back so much that very little work gets done on the grounds. This includes cleanliness, the pool and the pond.
