I attended cooking school in New York as an alternative to my dancing career. Started doing cakes and catering for friends. Continued here in Charlotte. I work out of my home kitchen, which has been inspected by the Dept. of Agriculture/FDA.

Custom designed cakes for special occassions (wedding, bday, anniversary, graduation, etc.) Small receptions for 200 or less (beer/wine but no bartending) Private home dinner parties for 12 or less (custom menus, I bring dinner to you, finish and serve from your kitchen)
