The Dancer's Workout (TDW) classes are for current and former adult dancers. These one-hour classes use ballet, jazz, contemporary dance, beginner's hip hop, and toning exercises to deliver high-energy, exhilarating dance workouts. Classes are taught by Jules Szabo, a classical ballet graduate of UNC School of the Arts, who has a knack for teaching original jazz, contemporary, and pop choreography in a fun, up-beat way. These classes are great for former dancers who want to begin dancing again and for active adult dancers interested in maintaining flexibility and cardio conditioning. Beginner and children's classes are not offered. The Dancer's Workout is for intermediate and advanced, current and former adult dancers. Classes are Sundays 3:30; Mondays noon; Tuesdays 5:45 pm; and Thursdays 6 pm. Visit our website for full information on class locations, times, and costs. First class free! Careful stretching and warm-up, toning exercises, and a super fun cardio dance segment are included in each one-hour class.
