The T.H. Davis Aviation Center, also known as Aviation I, is a state-of-the-art facility located in Greensboro, NC. Established in 1989, it was designed to meet the growing demands of the Aviation Maintenance, Management, and Avionics Programs. With its 36,000 square feet of classroom and lab space, as well as a 12,000 square foot hangar, the center caters to over two hundred students daily, offering various Aviation degree programs. Renovated in 2016, the facility houses eight aircraft, a helicopter, and over 20 system trainers, providing students with hands-on training and practical experience.
Aviation II, a 60,000 square-foot building situated in Greensboro, NC, serves as the primary home for the Aviation Electronic Avionics Program and the AMQCP Aviation Manufacturing Quick Careers Programs. Additionally, it supports sheet metal, composites, and NDT labs for all programs. With seven classrooms, fourteen specialty laboratories, and faculty office space, the campus accommodates over 100 students per day. Its strategic location near the Piedmont Triad International Airport allows easy access to the Aviation manufacturing, MRO, and support industries.
