Current president, Sammy Ballou, took the reigns in 1980 from his father, and in turn, incorporated in 1982. S.F. Ballou currently holds an unlimited building North Carolina general contractor's license and performs both residential and commercial work in the Morehead City, Beaufort, and Atlantic Beach areas.
