HistoryBushin Kan Karate began as a way for students to develop an awareness of their bodies and of their ability to protect themselves. This new, developing system became perfectly rounded by OBX Body Works, a massage therapy business designed to help clients relax and rejuvenate from the stress and physical demands in their daily lives. The three components to these businesses: karate, fitness and massage provide a unique and wholesome experience for the entire family to enjoy.SpecialtiesShihan Seal began teaching karate at his dojo in 1988. He is a sixth-degree black belt in classical, Japanese based karate, Chishin Ryu Heiho. Under Shihan Seal's instruction, students will learn karate as well as classical weapons training. The training is tailored to the individual abilities of the students and includes both beginning and advanced instruction for children and adults.
