HistoryStepp's Hillcrest Orchard was purchased by JH and Yvonne Stepp in 1964. Our family has been welcoming guests to pick their own apples for over 40 years! We have added pumpkins and other fun activities in the years since, but we try to remain true to the vision of our patriarch and matriarch. JH and Yvonne's son Mike now owns the farm and is helped by his immediate and extended family - three generations working together.SpecialtiesStepp's Hillcrest Orchard is a 70 acre farm in Henderson County. We specialize in pick your own apples! Our orchard has over 20 varieties and we typically have pick your own from mid August through the end of October. We also have a 5 acre corn maze, pick your own pumpkins from the patch, apple cider doughnuts, wagon rides (weekends only) and an apple cannon (weekends only). Come enjoy a fun filled day on the farm!
