Smiths Smokehouse and Smoothies

History

While I was in the military, I spent some time in Texas. I got familiar with the right way to do BBQ but still was unable to figure it out for myself on how to Smoke meats. I have been grilling for over 10 years now and I started learning how to smoke barbecue 2 years ago. With dedication and a lot of failed attempts I was persistent and I finally began to get it. My wife has a passion for making her own Smoothies. Everyday, she began to make different types of smoothies ranging from earthly flavors, refreshing, and then to dessert style smoothies. February of 2021 we put our plan to action and begin doing plates for local neighbors and friends. After hearing their feedback, we then gained momentum and took it to another level to showcase our abilities at the local market here in Raleigh. We have been gaining stride every since. We hope to be able to leave our full time jobs sometime this year as we continue to build our network in the Raleigh Market.

We specialize in Smoked Beef Brisket and all our side items are also cooked in the smoker. Our Smoothies Complement the BBQ making it unique and refreshing for your meal.
