As a Mom and Pop gym, we have helped friends and neighbors get fit for over 30 years with a variety of equipment and training options, and a friendly, comfortable neighborhood feel. People that come here feel like family. We have a full circuit of Professional Nautilus Equipment, 2 Free Weight areas including bumper plates, cardio equipment, a full-sized heated lap pool, hot tub, sauna, aerobic classes, water exercise classes, swim team, SilverSneakers Classic classes, Personal training and instruction. We are a participating SilverSneakers, Silver & Fit facility and First Carolina Care Insurance reimburses up to $75.00 per quarter.
