No drain between the driveway and the garage. No way to stop water. Water coming under garage door from the driveway.

No lip at top of driveway to prevent water, no barrier to water coming in from the road.

Built new because of allergies and smoke sensitivity. Builder knew. Painter smoked while priming.

More of the same paint job from throughout the house.

Caulk was not dry or wiped away before being painted.

Landing to garage. Did not measure correctly and so instead of fixing it the way it should be, a block was added.
