I became a physical therapist specializing in pelvic health in order to improve the quality of life with patients who have various pelvic diagnoses such as: constipation, pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, dyspareunia, and pain/reduced mobility throughout pregnancy and post-partum periods. My passion for pelvic health led me to starting and completing a women’s health residency through University of North Carolina, which has allowed me to gain further experience with complex patient cases. My goal is to continue to assist patients in the treatment and prevention of various pelvic health diagnosis and provide them with the best possible and most inclusive care. My philosophy of care is to provide holistic care to my patients while truly listening to them and understanding the underlying cause for their dysfunction. Outside of work, I love to spend time in the outdoors backpacking, hiking, and camping. I also enjoy reading while snuggling with my cat and pup.
