I have a true love of modern and traditional house construction and materials. Living in Durham and Chapel Hill since 1988, I have built three homes and over these many years I have mastered the craft of wood floor installation and repair, painting, wood working and landscaping. I am ready to help you understand home updates and repairs in order to maximize your selling potential and to understand and explore the community and locate the perfect home for you. Prior to real estate I worked in the health care and the pharmaceutical industries. I specialized in data analysis and process improvement. I leverage those skills in my real estate business on a daily basis. Mose importantly: I have deep knowledge of the local real estate market and the process by which houses are evaluated by both buyers and sellers. I value timely communication throughout the transaction and I negotiate wisely for my clients.
