As the largest new pallet manufacturer in the United States, PalletOne has the largest pallet inventory and greatest pallet assembly capacity in the country. PalletOne constructs wood pallets in a variety of styles, including wing, four-way, two-way, block and panel deck pallets. It also performs secondary functions, such as repairs and custom labeling, painting, logo branding of pallets, as well as sales of recycled lumber, mulch and sawdust. PalletOne employs more than 1,000 people at 14 facilities in 10 states, including one in Mocksville, N.C. The now independently owned PalletOne was formed as the manufacturing division of IFCO Systems in 2000.
