Joshua is a local to Cabarrus County and graduated from Central Cabarrus High School. Following graduation he joined the U.S. Army in 2003 where he was stationed in Hawaii. Joshua has a 9-year-old son who is his whole world. He sets big goals for himself to show his son that anything is possible; God hard work integrity big goals and positive relationships help us achieve the impossible.In the summer of 2012 Joshua completed The Entrepreneurship Bootcamp for Veterans becoming a Florida State University Veteran Alumni. In 2013 he graduated with his Associate Degree from Coastal Carolina Community College. In searching for his calling Joshua went to Cosmetology School. After graduating in the summer of 2014 he went on to be an independent hair stylist building loyal clientele based on his ability to connect through honesty integrity and hard work. While doing hair he saw a need within the homeless community and started cutting hair for them on the streets of Charlotte. Over a 2-year period a group of stylists joined the movement. Since over 3000 free haircuts have been given to those in need. While pursuing his passion Joshua only asked for one thing in return "just a hug."He earned his Real Estate License in December 2017. Joshua decided to move back to the Mecklenburg/Cabarrus County market in June 2018. He is finishing his first year in real estate with just under 2 million dollars in total sales. Earning the Military Relocation Professional Certification Josh strives to help fellow Vets or active duty find a property anywhere around the world.He is working closely with veterans in hope to help eliminate Veteran homelessness in the area. Big goals hard work perseverance and amazing friends/clients have made his dreams come true all while helping them find their dream home or a solid investment for the future.
