We started coordinating painting workshops in 2009, and offering classes and our unique open studio in 2011. Our previous location was Waverly Artists Group Studio and Gallery in Cary, NC. When this fantastic gallery closed its doors to the public in December 2016, we started looking for another wonderful space where to continue with our dream, and we found the perfect place in downtown Raleigh where we are now located since January 2017: an industrial building remodeled inside just for art!

The more you paint, the better you get. It's simple! Painting Miles offers painting classes for adults, open studio and multi-day workshops with nationally and internationally recognized artists. With us you'll have many opportunities to add more
