HistoryRachel graduated from Asheville Yoga Center (AYC) in 2011 with a RYT200 certification and subsequently obtained Prenatal, Yin, and Advance Vinyasa certificates from AYC. She has also trained extensively with Susi Hately out of Calgary, a master therapeutic yoga teacher, and is currently moving through Susi's two year 800 hour advanced therapeutics program. Rachel specializes in working with people in chronic and acute pain, those who think they cannot do yoga, and those who feel that their yoga practice has reached it's peak. She empowers her students to honestly assess their own current strengths and challenges in order to move intentionally throughout their practice and toward a place of more ease on and off the mat.
