Absolutely don't rely on the ticket they give you or online to judge their hours. It says something different everywhere. Google says they close at 5, ticket says 4, and door says 3 for Saturday...

I love this cleaners. The alterations are very good and reasonably priced. I've always been greeted and treated nicely. I can't imagine them letting you wait ten minutes. Sounds like a rant to me.
