Our love of coffee drove us to start a micro-roasting company. We know you will love our single-origin small-batch-roasted coffee. Carefully roasting our coffee beans in small batches brings out the unique qualities of the coffee.
Specialties
We first got our start as a small home roaster, and our founders, Robert and Annette, would go around to local farmers markets selling their micro-roasted coffee beans. In 2017, they realized they needed a bigger space to make more coffee, so they opened a brick-and-mortar location: Mint Hill Roasting Company & Coffee House. We still roast in-house, only now you can enjoy a bag of our beans or a drink made fresh for you right in the shop. And since we all love coffee, our team would love to tell you about our roasting process and single-origin beans when you're in.
