It was always Jamil Kadoura's dream to open up his own deli, inspired by the food his mother used to make when he was growing up. These traditional recipes were passed down to him, and his mother and he began this deli together in 1992. Since then, Jamil has inspired the community and innovated the food, finally perfecting his gluten free pita bread made from organic, Kosher flour (the pita is made in a certified Kosher facility). It is our pleasure, at Mediterranean Deli to bring to you a delicious, gluten free product that your whole family can enjoy. Whether or not you are a solely gluten-free consumer, you will love consuming this pita! Mediterranean Deli offers a wide variety of gluten free, nut free and vegan options with authentic, Middle Eastern and Greek recipes. Come join in celebrating our newly remodeled dining room and Bakery. We now bake fresh pita bread and Middle eastern Fatayers daily using local certified organic flour from Lindley Mills (Graham, NC). All of our fatayers are now available on our perfected gluten free dough. We also have a range of labeled gluten free options in our deli case. All of our deli case items are labeled as gluten free, nut free and vegan. Also stop by to see our more than 60 deli case items! We are constantly trying to bring new items to you.
