We fly about 8 to 10 trips a year. Lufthansa is the best airline we have flown. The staff is excellent as are the entertainment choices. If I have a choice I book with them.

Lufthansa will not refund or allow changes to purchased tickets. Be careful when using Lufthansa, they are the only airlines that does not allow to change or get refunds for tickets.
