History

Started under the moniker, Rockwood Nautilus, Lifestyle has spent the past 23 1/2 years being THE fitness center for Rutherford County. Lifestyle now offers spa and esthetician services, a certified nail technician and the third Thursday of every month we host Dr. Stuart Titus who specializes in deep tissue therapeutic massage. Lifestyle also houses Therapy Plus and the county's first Performance Enhancement Center.

Not alot to choose from in the area. But it could be so much CLEANER. It really feels chaotic and unkempt. I wonder when it was cleaned and sanitized.....

4 stars because I did not get to utilize the full facility. This Fitness Center accommodates everyone from weight training, Fitness and aerobics. They have a pool and a nice locker room and shower...

This gym is the nicest gym in Rutherford County and they have a pool, spa, classes, trainers, friendly staff, shower stations, track, beverages , snacks for a low price.

Awesome instructors, classes for every fitness level (at no extra charge!), love the 60's music but I'm 75! Clean facilities from the fitness area, classroom, locker rooms and showers to pool....
