From necessary repairs from hurricane damages to getting a home ready for the next tenant, OCD tackled the majority of projects so I did not have to deal with multiple subcontractors. They completed projects such as hauling off trash, replacing rotten floor joists/plywood, laying vinyl plank floors, tiling bathrooms, hanging, finishing, and painting sheet-rock, trimming out windows, cleaning job site, replacing gable vents, adding new flexible duct runs and more insulation, shingling roofs, installing gutters, and replacing rotten exterior wood and repainting exterior of homes.
