I've always had a passion for helping others and a love for exercise and movement. Both those passions led me to the field of physical therapy - an incredibly rewarding profession. My work allows me to make a difference for someone every day. \n After the birth of my children, I noticed a lack of resources and information for pregnant and postpartum women, and I wanted to help change that. So, I started my journey into pelvic health and haven't looked back. Many patients with pelvic health challenges feel overlooked and are forced to accept those challenges as normal. \n But just because these issues are common doesn't mean they're normal. Pelvic PT can help. It can be life-changing. \n My approach to healthcare starts with listening to patients' concerns and developing a plan to help them meet their goals. I use an evidence-based approach to achieve the best possible outcomes, and I advocate for my patients and encourage them to seek the care they deserve. \n I completed a 2-year Evidence in Motion orthopedic residency and am board certified in orthopedics. I combine my strong orthopedic background with knowledge and passion for pelvic health to help individuals meet their goals and get back to the activities that they enjoy the most. \n I'm married with two children - a son and a daughter. I am also a dog mom to a Papitese - a hybrid of a Papillon and a Maltese. I love going to the beach and getting outdoors as much as possible. I also enjoy riding my Peloton bike, running on a greenway or a beach and doing all things active with my little ones.
