The Market provides sellers, primarily local farmers, an opportunity for increased income through the sales of their products and improves community access to fresh, locally grown products at competitive prices. The King Farmers' Market is the oldest, continuously run, producer-only farmers market in Stokes County, and is also the only market within Stokes County that accepts WIC and Senior FMNP (Farmers' Market Nutrition Program) vouchers.SpecialtiesThe King Farmers' Market is a producer-only market, which means we grow or make EVERYTHING we sell. No reselling allowed, ever. We've been bringing fresh and local produce, meat, and value-added and artisanal products to Stokes County since 1998!
