I chose to become a family doctor because I want to establish long-term relationships with my patients. I believe that this bond is essential to creating a healthier America. As a dedicated family doctor, my primary goal is to promote the health and well-being of my patients, and to help them lead productive and fulfilling lives that are free from disease. However, I firmly believe that achieving this goal requires a partnership between myself and my patients, and that both parties must be equally committed to the care and treatment process - I expect my patients to actively participate in their own care and make the necessary changes to promote their own health and well-being. By serving as a family doctor, I believe that I can make a meaningful difference in the lives of my patients, and contribute to the overall health and well-being of my community.
