The complex has been here for over 30 years. The current owners have owned the complex since 2003. Since their purchase they have implemented many upgrades into the complex such as new roof, new energy efficient windows, new front doors, new front screen doors, new central heat and air units, new washer and dryers in the laundry room, remodeled apartments, and much more!

We try in every way possible to offer tennats the most for their money when it comes to renting in todays market. We offer a variety of amenities such as water, trash, lawn care, basic cable, and customer incentive/rewards program.
