Part of the Highland Presbyterian Church, the Highland Learning Center is a five-star center; one of the only in the area. Licensed by the state of North Carolina and the Department of Child Services, the Highland Center cares and teaches children from ages 2 months to 12 years old. It is a very large facility with a caring staff.
